Avoid using water-capacitive flux when soldering the terminals, otherwise it will promote metal oxidation and material mold. Avoid using poor quality solder. Poor solder may cause difficulty in soldering, resulting in poor contact or open circuit.
If the terminal of the potentiometer is soldered, the welding temperature is too high or the time is too long may cause damage to the potentiometer. Pin-type terminals should be soldered at 235 ° C ± 5 ° C within 3 seconds. Soldering should be 1.5mm or more away from the potentiometer body. Do not use solder to flow through the circuit board during soldering. The wire-type terminal should be soldered at 350 ℃ ± 10 ℃ within 3 seconds. And the terminal should avoid heavy pressure, otherwise it will easily cause poor contact.
Applied to the voltage adjustment structure, the current adjustment structure should be avoided, because the contact resistance between the resistor and the contact piece is not conducive to the passage of large current.
The surface should be free from condensation or water droplets, and avoid use in humid places to prevent insulation degradation or short circuit. During the process of setting the knob around the potentiometer, do not use too much thrust, otherwise the potentiometer may be damaged.
