The reason for the brittleness is that the drying conditions are not suitable, the injection temperature is not set properly, the gate and runner system are not designed properly, the screw design is not suitable, the welding mark strength is not high, and excessive recycled materials are used.
Set proper drying conditions before injection. If the plastic is dried for several days or the drying temperature is too high, although it can remove volatiles and other substances, it will also easily lead to material degradation, especially heat-sensitive plastics.
Reduce the use of recycled materials and increase the proportion of raw materials. Use high-strength plastic.

Select a well-designed screw to make the temperature distribution more uniform during plasticization. If the temperature of the material is not uniform, it is easy to accumulate excessive heat locally, resulting in degradation of the material.
Reduce the temperature of the barrel and nozzle. Reduce back pressure, screw speed and injection speed, reduce the generation of excessive shear heat, and avoid polymer decomposition.
